Ms. Tavernia is a member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section, for which she has served on the editorial board of Antitrust Magazine Online (formerly The Antitrust Source) since 2019.

  • A global consumer products company facing a Robinson-Patman Act investigation brought by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  • EssilorLuxottica on antitrust considerations of its acquisition of US-based lab network Walman 
  • A leading life sciences company in an FTC investigation
  • Astorg Partners and Goldman Sachs on antitrust considerations of its sale of Laboratoire HRA Pharma to Perrigo
