Robert Crockett is a partner in Latham & Watkins' Los Angeles office. Mr. Crockett is a general business litigator, focusing upon jury trials and complicated damage cases.
Mr. Crockett has served on various Latham & Watkins management committees. He has been a legal panelist in health care, personal injury tort, and environmental cases and has taught economics at the college level. Mr. Crockett has published papers dealing with Los Angeles County jury statistics, First Amendment issues (pending) and nineteenth-century legal proceedings.
Mr. Crockett is qualified to practice before all federal courts in California, the Ninth Circuit and the US Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice in several states and federal jurisdictions.
