Phil Rossetti retired from the partnership in December 2021. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Rossetti advised companies on a variety of general corporate and M&A matters.

Mr. Rossetti has represented a broad spectrum of clients ranging from startups and venture-backed companies to leading domestic and multinational entities. His experience spans a multitude of industries, from technology and life sciences to manufacturing, industrials, and agriculture.

Mr. Rossetti regularly advised early-stage and venture-backed companies on formational issues, protection of technology, financings, and employment matters. He also has significant experience in complex M&A transactions of all sizes, including in connection with carve-outs and cross-border matters.

Additionally, Mr. Rossetti has provided pro bono counsel to a number of nonprofit organizations, including Accion International, a pioneer in the fields of microfinance and impact investment.

Mr. Rossetti served as Latham’s first Boston Office Managing Partner.
