Kevin A. Russell

Kevin Russell retired from the partnership in January 2013. Mr. Russell is an accomplished civil litigator who successfully tried or satisfactorily resolved scores of complex cases in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies since 1980. He prevailed on appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eight and Tenth Circuits and in the Illinois, Ohio and Florida appellate courts. His practice spanned numerous substantive areas and industries, including Trade Secrets/Employment Covenants, Fraud/Breach of Fiduciary Duty/Breach of Contract, Civil Rights and Franchise.
