Mr. Mack has extensive experience handling a wide variety of infrastructure, energy and environmental projects, including mergers and acquisitions, permitting, development and financing of major infrastructure projects (including oil and gas, alternative energy, chemical, industrial, telecommunications and other linear facilities, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities), compliance counseling, M&A, climate change, project finance and real estate transactions.
Mr. Mack counsels numerous clients on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and various federal and state laws, both in litigation and compliance matters.
