Jennifer S. Van Driesen

Retired Partner

Jennifer Van Driesen retired from the partnership in January 2024. Ms. Van Driesen advised clients on a full spectrum of acquisition finance and working capital debt facilities.

Ms. Van Driesen combined extensive experience and an understanding of evolving market conditions to guide private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on structuring, negotiating, and documenting financing transactions, including:

  • Acquisition financings
  • Working capital facilities
  • Asset-based loans
  • Subordinated debt facilities
  • Debt restructurings

She distilled complex terms and market norms into actionable advice that allowed clients to efficiently close transactions while preserving flexibility for future operations. After an initial transaction, Ms. Van Driesen continued to advise clients on ongoing compliance, as well as on trends in the debt market that may spark a desire to amend or refinance their agreements.

Ms. Van Driesen is the former Chair of the Washington, D.C., Finance Department; former Global Chair of the Associates Committee; and former Global Co-Chair of the Private Equity Finance Practice.
