Eric Loubet

Eric Loubet supports the firm’s Corporate Department in Paris, with an emphasis on French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins in 2018, Mr. Loubet worked for eight years as an associate at international law firms in Paris and London, where he focused on corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, and general corporate matters.
