Dennis Craythorn is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Public Company Representation Practice.

Dennis advises public company clients on corporate, securities, and governance issues, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations.

Prior to practicing law, Dennis worked for several years at the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on international trade and investment issues. While at OMB, Dennis also handled budget, policy and planning matters with respect to the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), US Trade and Development Agency, and Peace Corps. Dennis represented OMB on the interagency Trade Policy Staff Committee, the senior civil service level body that develops and coordinates the US Government's position on trade and trade-related investment issues.
