David M. Taub, Chair of the Los Angeles Tax Department, advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with specific emphasis on high-level executive compensation arrangements and mergers, acquisitions, financings, IPOs, and other corporate transactions. Mr. Taub represents employers and issuers in a variety of industries, and has extensive experience advising real estate investment trusts and other real estate companies.
