Oliver Simpson is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s investment funds and corporate practices. Mr. Simpson’s practice has included a broad range of transactional experience, including investment funds, private equity, M&A, equity finance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Simpson was an associate at Slaughter and May in London and spent time on secondment at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
