  • Gallery Media, a Russian outdoor media company, on its restructuring by way of scheme of arrangement
  • Kapsch CarrierCom AG, an Austrian telecommunications company, on its $103 million joint acquisition with Ericsson of the GSM and GSM-R businesses of Nortel out of Chapter 11 and UK administration
  • Novus Leisure, a late night bars operator, on its pre-packaged administration sale to RBS, Barclays and management
