Dr. Jürgen Hübner retired from the partnership in December 2012. He focused his practice on real estate investments in office and residential buildings, logistics facilities, hotels and shopping centers and gained transactional experience in Germany, France, Great Britain, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, the United States, Canada and Malaysia.
Dr. Hübner advised open-ended real estate funds on investment law issues.
A former chairman of IBA’s Real Estate Committee, Dr. Hübner is a member of the Urban Land Institute and of the board of the Corporate Governance Initiative of the German Real Estate Industry.
In Chambers Europe 2011 he ranked among the "Leading Individuals" in the specialty area of real estate.
