Erin Brown is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Litigation Department and primarily focuses on white collar crime, export controls, and trade and economic sanctions. Ms. Brown has conducted export compliance reviews and has investigated and drafted voluntary disclosures for clients relating to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Ms. Brown has experience in internal investigations and general litigation, and has worked with clients on compliance issues arising under US sanctions and embargos, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She has assisted clients in reviewing and enhancing their export controls and FCPA compliance programs, and also provides support to Latham’s corporate team on export controls, sanctions and FCPA issues.
