David Kowalski is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. During law school, Mr. Kowalski received a Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance in Torts. Mr. Kowalski is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
Mr. Kowalski is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association.
