Latham & Watkins hosted an afternoon of informative panel discussions in Chicago, Illinois on the key issues and current market trends companies need to consider when pursuing an IPO in the United States.

More than 85 attendees, including representatives from corporations and private equity firms, heard from a group of expert panelists from Goldman, Sachs & Co., NYSE Euronext, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Madison Dearborn Partners, The SEC Institute, Deloitte, PwC and Latham & Watkins.
