NACD Names Charles Nathan to “Directorship 100,” An Annual List of Influential Governance Professionals

Charles Nathan, Co-chair of Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Governance Task Force, was named to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) 2011 “Directorship 100” list. Among the honorees are: “the most influential people in the boardroom community, including directors and officers, as well as corporate governance experts, journalists, regulators, academics and counselors.” According to the NACD Directorship magazine: “In compiling the Directorship 100, we look for both influence and its requisite companion, a sound ethical compass,” among other survey data. Nathan joins a distinguished group of governance professionals in receiving this honor. A member of the New York corporate department, Nathan represents companies and financial advisors in significant, high-profile M&A transactions. He serves as the Global Co-chair of the Corporate Governance Task Force and is the former Global Co-chair of the M&A Practice Group.
