Latham & Watkins Advises Odyssey Investment Partners in Acquisition of ProPharma Group

A multidisciplinary deal team led from the firm’s New York office is advising the private equity firm.

Odyssey Investment Partners (Odyssey) has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire ProPharma Group from Linden Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising Odyssey in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner John Giouroukakis and counsel Michael Vardanian, with associates Matthew Villar, Daniel Williams, and Sean McGrath.
