In rankings of 2011 capital markets activity on which law firms advised, issued by the leading league table organizations, the Global Capital Markets practice of Latham & Watkins gained 22 top five rankings across a range of markets and offering categories. The firm’s attorneys advised on 487 ranked deals in 2011 with a total value of more than $220 billion – including debt, equity and high yield offerings on US, European and Asian markets.
