IBC Conference, Brussels
Litigation partner Marc Hansen chaired this one-day conference on recent developments in multi-jurisdictional cartel enforcement. The conference covered aspects of multiple parallel enforcement and civil damages actions. It also assessed potential conflicts between enforcement systems and practical implications of recent cases. Other speakers included Niall Lynch as well as other practitioners from the European antitrust bar and high ranking officials at competition authorities in various jurisdictions.
