Zaal Cama is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. Cama advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth and minority investments, consortium and joint venture arrangements, management incentive schemes, restructurings, and other general corporate matters.

Mr. Cama previously trained in the firm’s London office, gaining a variety of experience in corporate, investment fund formation, and leveraged finance transactions.
