Will Fowler is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Will represents public and private companies across a range of corporate and transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Will received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While attending law school, he was an associate editor of the California Law Review and judicial extern to Judge William H. Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, Will worked at Emerson Collective on philanthropy and special projects.
