Dylan Brown

Dylan Brown is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Dylan advises a variety of clients, including public and private companies and private equity funds, in a range of strategic corporate transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting on research-related matters pertaining to the work of Texas Appleseed and estate planning matters for Lone Star Legal Aid.

Prior to joining Latham full time, Dylan was a legal intern for Gulfstream Aerospace and a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.

While in law school, Dylan served as Executive Communications Editor of the Florida Law Review, was a teaching assistant for criminal law, contracts, civil procedure, torts, and constitutional law, and published an article on the Texas energy market. Prior to law school, Dylan attended the University of Alabama where he earned his BA in History and Political Science.
