David (Owen) Brody

Owen Brody is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Owen represents public companies, private companies, and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions. 

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the entertainment, sports, gaming, and life sciences industries, among others.

While in law school, Owen served as a Submissions Editor for the NYU Environmental Law Journal.
