Prior to joining Latham, Darwin was a lead in-house corporate and securities counsel at a venture-backed AI compute and infrastructure startup. He also previously practiced as an in-house corporate and securities counsel at a publicly-traded technology company, and as a corporate associate at a major Silicon Valley law firm with a focus on representing emerging companies and venture capital firms.
