Caroline Reckler, a nationally recognized bankruptcy lawyer, advises debtors around the world on all aspects of restructuring and special situations. She serves as Global Vice Chair of the firm's Restructuring and Special Situations Practice.

Caroline regularly advises public and private companies in financial distress and purchasers of distressed companies. Specifically, she helps clients navigate:

  • Chapter 11 proceedings
  • Prepackaged, prearranged, and involuntary bankruptcies
  • Debtor-in-possession financings
  • Cross-border bankruptcies
