Latham & Watkins Advises Atlassian on US$1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Atlassian, an Australian-American software company, has announced the pricing of a US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% Senior Notes due 2029 and a US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.500% Senior Notes due 2034. The transaction is expected to close on May 15, 2024.
