Trio of Latham Articles Shortlisted for Prestigious Antitrust Writing Awards
Concurrences, a leading French antitrust publication, has shortlisted three articles by Latham lawyers as part of its 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards. The annual content seeks to recognize “articles whose writing, scholarship, originality, and practical relevance make a contribution to competition advocacy.” The shortlisted pieces were selected by Concurrences editors, who reviewed more than 1,200 articles across two dozen categories.
