Latham Advises on Tallgrass Energy Partners’ Upsized US$800 Million Senior Notes Offering and Concurrent Tender Offer

Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (TEP) announced that it, along with Tallgrass Energy Finance Corp., a subsidiary of TEP, has priced an offering of US$800 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior unsecured notes due 2029. The senior notes offering is being made in connection with a concurrent cash tender offer to purchase any and all of TEP’s outstanding 7.50% senior notes due 2025.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised the initial purchasers in the notes offering and the dealer manager in the tender offer with a corporate deal team led by Austin partners Mollie Duckworth and Michael Chambers, with associates Connor Adams, Tasbiha Batool, and Jefferson Serfass.
