On September 13, 2023, Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN), an innovative precision technology company, closed its offerings of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.600% notes due 2028 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.800% notes due 2033.
