Latham & Watkins Advises on Financing to Support Audax Private Equity’s Strategic Growth Investment in BlueCat Networks

Audax Private Equity announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in BlueCat Networks, a leading provider of mission-critical, infrastructure software. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Carlyle Global Credit as joint lead arranger on senior credit facilities to support the transaction with a finance team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Nicole Fanjul and New York counsel Clever Gallegos, with associates Christian DeSimone and Andrea Olaya Gomez.
