Latham & Watkins won the Excellence for Client Service Award in Italy in the 2012 Chambers Europe Awards. Chambers’ Client Service awards are based on client feedback and recognize law firms for superior client service qualities such as efficiency, availability, responsiveness and dedication.
In awarding Latham this prestigious accolade, Chambers said, “The first Client Service award for Italy goes to an international player who has made a real mark on the local scene. This is the kind of client feedback we received: ‘The advice is practical and to the point. The firm doesn’t extend time limits or draft useless hours.
