Our capital markets practice in Moscow is consistently ranked among the top-tier firms. Our corporate lawyers in Moscow have a strong record of advising on initial public offerings (IPOs), equity offerings, high yield debt offerings, American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and Eurobonds and have worked on some of the largest and most significant floats by Russian companies on the US and UK markets.
