The Munich office also features a strong finance practice that complements the office's M&A and private equity practices. Transactional Tax
Our Munich transactional tax team provides tax support for clients in private equity transactions and private equity fund formations, as well as tax optimization of financial products, including substantial involvement in Collateralized Debt Obligations.
