Corporate

Our Munich office has a highly respected private equity and M&A practice. Our Munich corporate team specializes in both German and cross-border transactions, representing German and international clients in all kinds of corporate matters. Some of our M&A and private equity attorneys in Munich have been recognized by leading publications such as JUVE and Chambers as being among the best in Germany.

Finance

The Munich office also features a strong finance practice that complements the office's M&A and private equity practices. Our finance attorneys focus on leveraged finance, advising German and international banks and investors on complex financings of cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations and other transactions. Our attorneys are also well versed in the areas of acquisition finance, real estate finance and syndicated loans.

Transactional Tax

Our Munich transactional tax team provides tax support for clients in private equity transactions and private equity fund formations, as well as tax optimization of financial products, including substantial involvement in Collateralized Debt Obligations. Our tax lawyers in Munich have expertise both with German and international tax laws and are an integral part of the deal team, structuring transactions as well as drafting and negotiating various contractual provisions in applicable agreements.

Employment

Our Munich employment team advises German and international corporations on labor law matters, in particular in connection with private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
