Latham & Watkins' Brussels office is the hub for the firm's European competition and regulatory practice, which is consistently ranked among the top practices in the world. Practice Areas
Our Brussels practice comprises the full range of EU competition law, including merger clearances, cartel investigations, alleged abuses of dominance, joint ventures and other arrangements between competitors, distribution arrangements and licensing. We also handle state aid matters and sector inquiries. The team practices before the European Commission, EU Member State authorities and the European and national courts.
The office also regularly advises on European and national regulatory issues in administrative areas that include aviation, data protection, energy, environmental law, financial services and product safety. Our Belgian law practice offers a broad range of commercial advice.
