Our environmental attorneys counsel corporations, financial institutions, real estate developers, trade associations and individual clients on a host of complex environmental issues. The environmental group provides advice in matters ranging from permitting, compliance, agency rulemaking and legislation, to enforcement actions and litigation.

The New Jersey office has a strong commitment to public service. Our attorneys, paralegals and staff have formed relationships with a number of charitable and trade organizations in the area, and the office handles numerous pro bono legal matters every year.
