Experience

Allegra Wiles is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins' New York office and a member of the Benefits and Compensation Practice Group. Ms. Wiles' practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters for public and private companies in a variety of industries. She specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, financings and other corporate transactions, equity incentive plans, and federal securities laws issues. Ms. Wiles also prepares employment agreements and severance agreements for executives.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wiles was a senior research manager at the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, DC, where she focused on human resources best practice research for Fortune 500 clients. Ms. Wiles received her JD, magna cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2007, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. Ms. Wiles also holds a master's degree from the Maxwell School of Public Affairs at Syracuse University and completed her bachelor's degree at Princeton University in 1999.
