Brian Miller is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Miller has experience in private and public securities offerings and general company representation. He represents both public and private companies in the finance, technology, communications and manufacturing sectors and has experience representing investment banks in high yield debt financings. He also represents both private equity funds and companies in buy-out and acquisition transactions and counsels public companies regarding their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters and other issues related to public company status.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Miller served as Legislative Director to US Representative Anthony Weiner of New York.
