Richard Meller is a partner in the Chicago office. Mr. Meller focuses on emerging company and public company representation, securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures in a variety of industries, including the energy, transportation, manufacturing, hotel, internet, travel and entertainment industries. He has extensive experience in both US and non-US transactions.
Mr. Meller's clients include Nicor Gas, Tenaska Energy SMG, The Pritzker Organization, Via Pharmaceuticals, Navistar International, Merge Healthcare, Global Hyatt Corporation, GATX Corporation, Bay City Capital, ZM Capital, Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. and other privately and publicly held companies.
