Brendan O'Connor is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. O'Connor's practice focuses primarily on the representation of US and international clients in a wide variety of corporate transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, general corporate matters and cross-border currency transactions, as well as in international arbitrations and dispute resolution proceedings.
