Mr. Skarvelis is an associate in the Corporate Department at Latham & Watkins in the New York office.
Mr. Skarvelis has a broad mergers and acquisitions practice that includes acquisitions and dispositions of both public and private companies, leverage buyouts, private equity investments, co-investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters, including corporate governance and takeover defense. Mr. Skarvelis also frequently represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in related matters, including follow-on acquisitions, dispositions and corporate governance matters.
