Ms. Papadima is an associate in the Corporate Department of our New York office. In 2007-2008, Ms. Papadima clerked for the Honorable Justice Jack B. Jacobs of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Ms. Papadima's practice focuses on representing public and private companies, including private equity firms, in connection with mergers and acquisitions. She also provides SEC reporting companies with advice concerning US Federal securities laws and corporate governance issues. Ms. Papadima is part of the firm's Task Force on Proxy Access and has published several articles on this topic. In addition, Ms. Papadima has experience regarding complex securities litigation and corporate control issues in connection with mergers and takeovers. Ms. Papadima is actively involved with the firm's pro bono program and, since 2005, regularly attends the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, as a member of the jury.
