Noraan Sadik is an associate of the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Sadik has experience in various aspects of general corporate law, private equity and bank finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has represented banks in various transactions, including initial public offerings, 144A transactions and domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, as well as buyers and sellers in various private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Ms. Sadik has recently represented Goldman Sachs Credit Partners L.P., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Lehman Brothers and The Royal Bank of Scotland, among others, in various transactional matters.
