Experience

David Gordon is a partner in the New York office. Mr. Gordon's practice focuses primarily in the representation of banks, financial institutions and private companies in connection with all phases of the development, financing, restructuring, acquisition and sale of energy, telecommunications and other infrastructure and industrial projects. His activities include the structuring of projects and the related financing, due diligence and coordination and negotiation of project and financing agreements. Mr. Gordon also actively practices in mergers & acquisitions involving assets encumbered by project financing.

In recent years, he has represented Goldman Sachs, LS Power, Energy Capital Partners, SG, CoBank and many other lenders, underwriters, developers and financial sponsors.

Mr. Gordon has been named one of the 45 "elite" lawyers in the United States under age 45 by The American Lawyer (2003) and is recognized as one of the top project finance lawyers in the United States by Chamber's Global: The World's Leading Lawyers.

Mr. Gordon has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1986 and is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
